CNC punch bed operation process

The prepared machining program is input to the CNC system. The specific operation method is:

1. Start the CNC machine

First start the CNC machine through the mechanical operation panel, then input the processing program from the CRT/MDI panel, and then run the machining program.

1) Start CNC machine operation

1 Machine start button ON

2 program lock button OFF

2) Editing operation

1 Select MDI or EDIT

2 Press (PRGRM).

3 Enter the program name. Press the (INSRT) key after typing the program address character and program number character.

4 Type in the program section

5 Type the block number and the operation code and press the (INPUT) key.

3) Run program operation

1 program lock button ON

2 Select the automatic cycle mode

2. Call the program operation

Call the machining program stored in the CNC system. The specific operation method is to start the CNC machine through the mechanical operation panel, then call the machining program in the system, and then run the program.
