Diesel oil becomes very viscous (commonly known as "waxing") when winter temperatures are low, and oil flows slowly and increases resistance through the relief valve. After stoppage, the oil pump will continue to rotate due to inertia, the oil can not be discharged from the outlet of the pump, and can not pass the relief valve smoothly.
