By the end of 2014, China's small passenger vehicles reached 117 million, of which 105 million were private cars, accounting for 90.16%, an increase of 19.89% compared with 2013. The country has an average of 25 private cars per 100 households, of which 63 are in every 100 households in Beijing, and more than 40 in every 100 households in Guangzhou and Chengdu.
