Energy conservation and emission reduction are still the driving force for the development of the electrical equipment industry

The National Grid Research and Development Major Technology Research Project “Research on the Structure and Economic Reliability of the 10kV Distribution Network” passed the acceptance of the company. The project systematically and comprehensively analyzed the structure of the 10kV distribution network grid in 30 key cities within the company's operating area. Reliability, economy, for the first time put forward the ideas, processes and methods of the target grid of the medium voltage distribution network, as well as the 10kV urban distribution network target grid structure adapted to the requirements of economic and social development and smart grid construction.

At present, the distribution automation rate in China is extremely low, and it is far from meeting the requirements for smart grid construction. It is expected by relevant parties that the construction of distribution automation will maintain rapid growth in the next 5-10 years. 10kV is the most widely used distribution voltage grade in China, accounting for more than 80% of the total length of distribution lines. The transformation of the 10kV urban distribution network will be combined with a new round of rural network transformation to jointly promote the boom of distribution equipment.

The UHV DC project continued to promote the South Network Research Institute in Guangzhou organized the Nuozhadu, Xiluodu DC project equipment supervision start meeting, South Network Research Institute representatives and West Electric West, TBEA subsidence, Tianwei change, Xu Ji Group signed the equipment supervision framework agreement, and the construction of the UHV DC project progressed smoothly, and it was possible to exceed expectations in the whole year.

The situation of energy conservation and emission reduction is severe. Policy developments may increase the list of the third batch of high-efficiency motors promoted by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, the third batch of high-efficiency motors, and the third batch of energy conservation service companies. There are a total of 9896 motor types in 34 companies. The products were shortlisted for the third batch of high-efficiency motors, and a total of 750 companies were short-listed for the third batch of energy-saving service companies. Prior to this, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the “Barometer of the completion of energy-saving targets for all regions in the first half of 2011”. In the first half of the year, the energy saving and emission reduction situation in 16 regions across the country was severe. Statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology show that high energy-consuming industries have maintained rapid growth this year. Xie Zhenhua, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, made it clear that the “Twelfth Five-Year” energy-saving emission reduction will implement the accountability system for local governments. The above indications indicate that in the face of severe situations, policy efforts may increase, and the energy saving and emission reduction market is expected to usher in a new round of growth.

The over-expectation factor comes from the intelligence understanding and practice (investment) of the local grid companies, which may exceed the expectations of the headquarters. From the perspective of the beneficiary enterprises, the distribution and use of electricity links are decentralized and geographically strong, and companies with geographical advantages are concerned.
