It is understood that due to restrictions on technical conditions, staffing, staff skill levels, and assembly conditions at the initial stage of production of the powertrain new plant dCi11 engine assembly line, only the most basic three varieties can be produced. In order to welcome the arrival of the high-yield period of follow-on products, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. conducted a multi-round assembly verification on the assembly line during the low-yield period, and completed the production capacity reserve. In order to realize the multi-type assembly of the dCi11 engine of the new plant of the powertrain as soon as possible, the technical department of this plant accurately provides the list of assembly varieties and the test installation conditions, the production management department carefully organizes the deployment of materials, and the powertrain engine shop has solidly carried out new employee skills training for the employees. The Quality Assurance Division has on-site inspections to confirm the assembly quality of different types of engines. With the cooperation of all departments, the assembly of the dCi11 engine assembly line of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. powertrain's new plant increased from the previous three to the current 45, and the production capacity was further enhanced.
